An experienced senior leader and management professional with over 30 years industry experience focused on delivering and sustaining asset improvement solutions in office and field environments.
Balancing technology and business process acumen, John brings a strong customer service orientation through effective communication, influence and relationship management skills. He is comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization from front line field operations to senior leadership. He thrives on opportunities to translate business-driven challenges into integrated, sustainable, cost effective operating solutions.
His experience spans the portfolio from a variety of perspectives including field operations, centralized maintenance planning, Management Operating Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) information systems. He has a strong appreciation for the entire ERP asset lifecycle, having worked for the implementation team, with system integration partners and interdependent business units.
